Stuart Oliver representing Castrol Team Vecton retained his Tata Motors T1 Prima truck racing title held at the Buddh International Circuit in New Delhi. Castrol India sponsored Team Vecton with two Prima Trucks, driven by former British Truck Racing Association Champions Stuart Oliver and Oly Janes.
Commenting on the performance of Castrol Team Vecton, Mr. Ravi Kirpalani, Managing Director, Castrol India Limited said,

The Tata Motors and Castrol association began in 1985 when Tata Motors endorsed Castrol CRD. The current “After Market” tie up with Tata Motors is more than a decade old and has gone from strength to strength over time. The partnership has paved the way for development of Technology break through engine and Driveline fluids. It ushered the first joint development and manufacture of the first OEM endorsed engine oil in the Industry. The Castrol Rx Super Max delivers 1.5 % fuel economy for the Tata Motors fleet.
