The all new 2015 BMW X6 M is seen to be shedding its camouflage as it moves into its final stage of testing, before its launch next year, or you never know it may launch later this year as well. The SUV’s by BMW really caught on because of their premium features, powerful engines, driving stability and their streamlined yet sporty design.
The new BMW X6 M, as seen in the spy pictures, comes with a newly designed aerodynamic body kit. The front facade of the X6 M includes a new bumper with ventilated front fenders, additional body color accents and a revised M-specific grille, while the side skirts have been redesigned for a better airflow. The rear end of the BMW X6 M sports a new tailgate mounted spoiler, a four- tailpipe exhaust system and killer alloy wheels with high- performance brakes. These are the major tweaks to the exterior of the BMW X6 M.
Under the hood, where power is concerned BMW has been pretty secretive about the whole thing, but nevertheless the X6 M may be powered by a 4.4 liter, twin-turbo, V8 engine, which would produce at least 560 PS of power and 680 Nm of torque, which will be delivered to BMW’s xDrive all-wheel-drive system through a 6-speed automatic transmission. Saying this the BMW X6 M should be able to clock the 0- 100km/h mark in less than 4.7 seconds, before moving onto an electronically limited top speed of 250km/h.
The BMW X6 M, where M stands for “Muscle” seems to be pretty much ready to muscle its way against its rivals such as the Audi Q7 and the upcoming Mercedes-Benz MLC. We hope that BMW plans to launch this new muscled beast soon.
