What if Ferrari had a spacecraft?

HAD? No confirmation on that one, however accepting the modern physics proposal of alternate universes, I am quite sure this is a reality somewhere, someplace…
In the reality that we are currently a part of, Flavio Manzoni, the design director at Ferrari while apparently having some fun , dreamed of this thing of beauty before you.

The spacecraft is based on the La ferrari and Manzoni says,” I tried to imagine something that flies in the future , since there will be less and less space available on the ground. And I focused on creating a little craft that’s different than my childhood dream.” Its fascinating to watch how the inherent Ferrari characteristics transcend into this shape which does not have any wheels. a sleek and thin profile with a good aerodynamic silhouette suggest that if this ever became a reality it would be mind-blowingly graceful and functional at the same time. The side profile has that unmistaken Ferrari curve . It borrows from the two spoilers of the two versions of La ferrari, one at the front (the road going) and the rear split one (from the La ferrari FXXK). It almost seems like a homage to the future of Ferrari.

Its construction is done as a shell with two parts with the side wings swooping downwards and wrapping around the lower section. Grace in three D, would be a movie if I lived long enough to make one on this.

The perennial question remains. Why on earth would someone go through all the effort to make a digital rendering of something that probably never will come into existence?
The answer lies in the power of dreaming…It is this power that drives the basic human instinct to outdo himself every time he sets his eyes on something. The power of imagination, fantasy, and the ability to express it in such a breathtaking manner is probably unique to our species.
You ask the question WHY?.. I say WHY NOT?
