PICS: KTM RC 390, RC 125 undisguised

It is no secret that KTM is readying its RC 390 for launch in India. The test mules have been caught on camera several times in the past, however, not much has been revealed thanks to the clever camouflaging done on the test bikes.

Now, all new undisguised pictures of the RC 390 and the (export only) RC 125 have surfaced online, thanks to the guys at Team Duke. The images are believed to be clicked in the company plant at Chakan, Pune.

The images clearly show that the production of the RC 125 and the RC 390 has commenced. The bikes built here are for the international as well as the domestic market.

The KTM Duke 390 already has a huge fan following in India, thanks to its awesome combination of explosive power, top notch equipment, sorted dynamics topped with a VFM price tag. The RC 390 takes things one level higher with a sportier riding stance allowing for better handling, and a beautifully raw design (new bodywork complemented by its sexy exposed frame). Its therefore no surprise that soon after its unveil at the 2014 EICMA  (aka Milan Motorcycle Show) the Indian biking fraternity has been waiting desperately for the RC 390 to go on sale in India (and on their bedroom walls?).

The RC 390 is expected to go on sale in India around June 2014, and we expect an approx price rise of 10- 12% over the naked Duke 390.

You can also view more details of the RC 390 on their international webpage.
