It’s an open secret that Mahindra two wheelers wing has not been very successful from the start. Now they are planning to concentrate mainly on the premium bikes to accelerate their business. Currently there are 5 models in their portfolio ; 2 Motorbikes (Mojo, Centuro) and 3 scooters ( Duro DZ, Rodeo Uzo, Gusto). Mahindra Mojo, the latest model in their lineup was launched in October last year. From the time of its launch, Mojo has accrued sales of over 500 units until March 2016.
The company had a market share of 0.88 percent in the fiscal year 2015-2016, According to data given by the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM).
