Leading Indian cam maker Maruti Suzuki introduced its NEXA showrooms today.
NEXA is a range of premium showrooms which will provide a car-buyer a premium experience with the help of sophisticated showrooms, new technology and personal attention.
Speaking at the launch, Kenichi Ayukawa, MSIL Managing Director & CEO, said: “NEXA provides a new experience of hospitality from Maruti Suzuki. Indian market and Indian society are rapidly changing and new segments of customers are emerging. We have to take new initiatives to meet diversifying expectations from our customers”.
Maruti aims to sell two million cars annually by 2020 and this is one of their first steps towards the goal.
The upcoming S-Cross will be the first car to be sold through NEXA and MS plans to expand this portfolio by adding several new models in the near future.
Mr. Kenchi further added: “The mission of NEXA is to offer innovative value and direction so that we can adequately respond to the new segments of Indian customers and offer them the experience which they value. While we will of course continue to enhance customer satisfaction in our current network, with NEXA, I am confident Maruti Suzuki will be able to cater to a broader range of customers who value pampering, innovation and a personal touch in their car owning experience.“
Highlights of NEXA showrooms include monochromatic theme for keeping the spotlight on the cars on display, Apple TVs for delightful virtual experience, MyNEXA loyalty program and special Relationship managers hired from the Aviation and Hospitality industry for a pampering the customers.
